The Cross River State Government, in collaboration with Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL), has commenced the construction of 70 two-bedroom housing units under the NPRGS Housing Program.
The initiative aims to address the housing deficit in the state capital and facilitate affordable home ownership for low-income earners.
This housing scheme is a collaboration between the Federal Government and the State Government, aimed at supporting indigent women and low-income earners.

Family Homes Funds Limited, a federal government-owned entity, in collaboration with the Cross River State Ministry of Housing, has begun construction on a five-hectare plot of land along TINAPA Road.
The project, which falls under the purview of the Ministry of Housing, is designed to provide affordable housing solutions that align with the aspirations of low-income families.
With construction expected to be completed in a few months, this development is a significant step towards improving living conditions for indigenous residents.
