National Vice President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Archisbishop Dr. Emmah Isong, says familiarization tour to the six states in the South South zone by the PFN high power delegation will strengthen ties and foster collaboration among PFN members.
PFN National Vice President made the remarks during a telephone conversation which took place in Calabar yesterday shortly after PFN stakeholders’ virtual meeting rounded off. The tour which would take the clergymen to Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, and Edo states where the familiarization visit will round off in July 16, 2025.
Giving insight about the clerics’ visit, PFN Zonal Secretary, Pastor Samuel Ukweni PhD averred that the familiarization tour to the zone will afford the high power delegation of clerics opportunity to strengthen ties, foster collaboration and provide opportunities for fellowship among PFN members.

The zonal secretary stressed that
during the visit, Isong and team of clerics will pay courtesy calls on state governors, fathers of faith, and other key stakeholders in their respective states.
However, a letter from office of the National Vice President, South South Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), titled “PFN South South National Vice President Visit” appealed to states liaison officers to work with state chairmen and ensure the success of this visit.
The letter signed by the Zonal Secretary, Pastor Samuel Ukweni PhD, urged officials of PFN in states to do necessary arrangements for reception of the the National Vice President, they should endeavor to fix appointment with their state governors, fathers of faith and mobilize for rally, which shall strictly be handled by states.
The letter urged PFN leaders in the six aforementioned states to join hands with one another to ensure that the familiarization tour of the National VP and the clerics’ official visit become a success.
“Kindly adjust your state programs and personal schedules to accommodate and facilitate this important fellowship,” the letter maintained.
The letter enumerated key highlight of the tour to include a two-hour prayer rally in each state, featuring up to 2-3 choirs with the rallies expected to bring together PFN pastors, executives, and members for a time of prayer, worship, and fellowship.
Ukweni PhD who charged liaison officers and chairmen to ensure the success of the visit, called for necessary arrangements, including meetings with governors, stressing that mobilization for prayer rallies, will be handled by the states.
