When the blessing of God is speaking and working on your behalf, as a beneficiary of the Covenant, it causes your adversaries to be clothed with shame and confusion. That was the same thing that happened to Pharaoh and his horsemen as they pursued the children of lsrael.
Pharaoh did not know that he was heading for his own shame and destruction (Psalm 109:29) That was Perfect Confusion when God is set to bring your enemy to confusion and destruction.
When God is set to bring your adversary to destruction, the first thing He does is to blind his/her mind and prevent them from reasoning sensibly.

The same God who brought shame, confusion and destruction to Pharaoh will bring shame, confusion and destruction to all your adversaries. You will have reason to rejoice again.
Let them curse but bless thou.(Psalm 109: 28) Every evil power trying to turn our blessings into curse, will Die by Fire. The Lord will clothe our adversaries with shame; eternal shame and confusion.
He will silence them forever to the glory of His Name! Amen
